Welcome to our online booking page. We provide comprehensive Bio-Psycho-Social-Somatic-Spiritual support for a wide range of mental health conditions. Our goal is to integrate mind and body, enhancing your resilience, confidence, and overall functioning as you navigate life’s challenges. We offer support for conditions such as anxiety (social, panic, illness-related), depression, ADHD, trauma, stress disorders, grief, existential concerns, and more. Additionally, we work with various groups, including veterans, teachers, students, and individuals experiencing life transitions. Our approach considers the whole person, placing your struggles in context to foster healing and growth.
Please review the following important information before booking:
- Online booking is available for adult individual and couple therapy only. To book for a teen, please contact us via phone or email at admin@synergymentalhealth.ca.
- A valid credit card is required to book online in case of late cancellations or no-shows. If someone from the waitlist can fill your spot, you won’t be charged. This policy was implemented after multiple no shows, which really impacts our clinic flow and ability to deliver optimal care.
- Our Cancellation Policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee (approximately $111).
- Direct billing is coming soon! For now, payment is required at the time of service, and you can submit invoices to your insurance provider. Please contact your provider for details on coverage.

Adult Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a flexible, collaborative, and supportive process designed to meet your unique needs. Our therapists are committed to creating a space where you can be your authentic self, and we work to foster a safe environment for exploring painful memories, expressing emotions, and challenging limiting beliefs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or emotional and behavioral health, our therapists are here to help. We also support those dealing with existential and spiritual concerns.
While each therapist brings their own approach, we all share a foundation of compassion, generosity, and a nonjudgmental attitude. Our team utilizes a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems, trauma-focused therapy, inner child work, empowerment coaching, and more, to help you find balance and a path forward toward a fulfilling life.

Our Somatic therapists are trained in a variety of somatic (body) oriented psychotherapies that help to regulate the nervous system and help you transform your mental and physical health from the ground up.

Our virtual family medicine consultations for patients in Alberta can help you solve a myriad of problems and connect you further with our clinic.
Psychiatric Care
Psychiatrists are skilled in getting to the root of your mental health concerns. They are trained to diagnose, manage and treat a variety of mental health concerns. Booking an appointment may necessitate a referral from your primary care provider; family physician, nurse practitioner, psychologist, OT, or SLP.
